I learned the primary sources in painting from my brother in childhood. The design, painting, and the study of literary and historical books led me into the growth indirectly. I started my professional artistic serious activities in 1979 through designing with color and oil painting. I also turned to Iranian painting simultaneously with calligraphy.

I was led into organizing more personal concepts gradually covering the artistic direction. The exhibitions and the presented works represent this changes in my direction. The expansion of visual arts and the enrichment of Iranian arts were a good opportunity for me to find the wayto bring them closer which had become too far apart from each other during years and years much more closer.

The familiarity with Iranian painting on one side, and the poetry which were affected more through calligraphy and picture-making of school painters and noble works, provided a deeper recognition for me to become familiar with the culture my native arts.

Since 1985 up-to-now, I have been working in teaching the art of painting and my findings in private centers and the art universities in Iran.

I don't claim that the presented works have been complete and comprehensive or the best possible works. But through considering the dignity of the work and the art complex in our country on one side, and the lacks caused by the shortage in the supply of works suitably on the other side, this action can be thought upon more.

Any way, the goodness or the badness of my works represent my abilities although we should not consider the shortages and deficiency in my work be on the burdens of Iranian painting
